Our MISSION
- Continue to raise awareness about the experience of African-American and Latino students at Wootton to eliminate the impact of stereotypes on relationships and learning​
- Disrupt student self-segregation by creating a climate that promotes connection among students of color and white and Asian students
- Develop comprehensive supports for students of color through counseling, classrooms, and extracurricular activities
- Build staff capacity to engage in dialogue about race and acknowledge the role it plays in students social-emotional well-being and academic success
